<text>服务前及服务中,存在沟通分岐问题不能说“不知道”、“不关我事”、“你退单”等缺失服务水平言语,有分岐应该客气和平的处理,不要反复去证明客户错了,遇事只提出你的积极解决方案,以解决完事为准则。如超能力处理范围或客户要求确实过份可说“抱歉,这个问题我现在反映给公司为您处理”,公司或平台客服接手后,须离开的与客户打个招呼,否则未确认接手及未打招呼离开或丢下不管,客诉你全责。</text>
